Mom and I sat down to watch TV and I suggested a list of movies that included “Die Hard” and she proclaimed that they all sounded too Christmas-y so she wanted to watch a holiday baking show. 🤣

Due to lung issues and the month in the UK today is my first day of intentional exercise in over 2 months. #MilesMischief and I did a 45 min jog/walk before the sun was up.
It wasn’t easy, but I dragged myself out of bed and did it!

My bestie wants me to start this crazy healthy eating and exercise thing called the “75 Hard Challenge” tomorrow. So I asked her if that meant we’re binging cookies tonight and she was like, “Yes and I love how you always find the positive.”
