imo rp being collaborative doesn’t mean that you should preemptively temper your own character before you even meet people to write with; it means that you should establish your expectations with each other and THEN adjust your characters from there

yeah, while i get not wanting to fall into munching/godmodding behaviors… in a setting where beings visiting from completely different worlds (ie crossovers) semi-frequently is canon, and reality-defying beings like the Mandervilles Just Exist… you might as well just Own It and embrace the extreme😭

This is a useful tip for my account, as well, when it comes to content you don't want to see - Bluesky has a system set up entirely to allow tag muting and tag blacklisting, meaning tags also work as filters!

Reminder for anyone who follows me but is not into vore:
Bluesky has this cool tag/word muting system that you can use to filter the content you see, even for the people you follow!

I also always make sure to tag my stuff and include "VORE" in my work including it

Give it a try! Instructions below
Head over to the settings tab on your home page, and select "Moderation" Then, select "Muted words & tags" In this tab, you can add any combination of words, individual words, or sentences to have bluesky mute automatically. This includes user-made tags as well. In my case, if you're not into vore, you can mute "Vore", "#Vore" and "FFXIVVore". Alternatively you can even mute "CW:" and be rid of any potentially sensitive or niche content ♥

Whenever indie devs use AI, it hurts their sales potential and retention because it’s a 🚩red flag for generalized unprofessionalism and cut corners.

Getting real art from a pro will make you look like a pro.

If you're a solo dev/small indie team looking for art or logos please don't turn to genAI. I would honestly rather folks reach out to a designer and offer like rev share alongside a smaller up front cost to get something made by a person.

i’m not sure what screen u use or if it may be causing the same habit?? but when i had a similar problem, i realized that i had to turn up the brightness to a certain point while drawing because i kept overestimating how bright my colors were 😭 (i’d keep my screen brightness at the lowest before)

I'm a bit torn here bc the Labubu guy actually IS an indie toy designer, I saw his stuff at like WonderFes a decade ago. So he's not like say, Funko shit- So Labubus is one of the better fads because one of us made it big

But also he's probably plenty rich by now (I hope so he deserves to be)
