Just so folks aren't confused when I re-follow over the next few weeks, I'm doing some maintenance on my Bluesky account after realizing just how messy things got by going ham on following starter lists.

They're a great tool, but as with everything, moderation tends to be a better strategy 🤣

Lots of momentum getting the Etherscouts website up and running, including the ability to become an Etherscout yourself and choose a Designation!

Can't wait to start seeing Etherscouts in the database with designations like ECHO-7UI-223 or GLIMMER-P2M-A13

I'll never forget when, in elementary school, someone asked me if I even knew who Prodigy was.

Needless to say, they weren't expecting me to ramble on about the early internet service from IBM, instead of the British electronic band.

It takes all of 10 seconds for the game to load and, even with some nice shaders installed, run like butter at 60+ FPS

Maybe running with every mod ever made isn’t the best idea after all 😭

Going to fire up a (mostly) vanilla #Minecraft modpack to do some testing and videos for my #TTRPG companion game Waywright!

Been a while since I’ve played without worldgen mods and other content mods. Right now it’s just 25 mostly QoL mods

A lot less than my normal pack’s 465 mods 😂

I went and got the playtest version of Waywright, my #Minecraft companion game, printed today. Just to have the experience of getting to hold it in my hand, and for annotating with playtest feedback.

It feels really neat to hold a first physical version of your #TTRPG for the first time

Those chilaquiles are so crispy and fresh, my brain wanted two plates but my stomach was unwilling to budge

I think one of my favorite evolutions in Waywright recently has been around the Expedition Entry templates, the free downloadable resources folks can use to track their exploration in #Minecraft.

They went from wireframe to something that feels much better aligned with the game, fun to use

To have the absolute privilege of leaning into a side of my creativity I consciously stepped away from for most of my life and have the butterflies of being able to share that with other people is pretty amazing.

In a world that feels darker by the day, it feels like a small light of my own.
