For the past few years, I've been working on an Art Community & Alternate Reality Game (ACARG?) called GRAVITY BREAK. (gravitybreak.media) It's not social media, it is a god damn Web Site. It's a streetpunk game for artists, inspired by Neopets and Battle of the Bits, etc.

a lot of stuff that falls in this category is literally dialogue that would be in a children's cartoon, e.g. "you're gonna get stepped on, nerd!" "oh no, we've been shrunken down, and he looks hungry!" "i can't believe I've been turned into a [Anything]!"
