WSP Chief Batiste has authorized an All-Risk Mobilization Plan, including a request for 4 swift water rescue teams, swift water technicians, boats and operators, and a rescue swimmer. This will allow other jurisdictions to share those resources with Snohomish and Skagit counties.

Mt. Washington. Liberty Tunnel inbound. Someone tried running from the cops and got stuck in traffic in the tunnels. A passenger got out and ran, detained shortly after on McArdle Roadway. The driver of the car was able to take off once the light was green.
