Porthgwarra seawatch this am 7:30-11:30. (16th July)

9 Wilson’s Petrel
52 Euro Stormy
1 Sooty
1 Pom Skua (missed it)

Best session of the yr so far for Wilson’s. All within 300m due to coastal fog and gave incredible views. July is THE optimum month to see Wilson’s off Cornwall.

Ashy-headed Wagtail at Pendeen showed superbly between 2pm and 3pm . A great find by Graham Lawlor in what has been an unprecedented arrival of continental race Yellow Wagtails in the south west this weekend. Especially considering it’s March !
