Is it just me or does the audio from the end of this clip from The Boxer’s Omen sound like a bit of audio from Phantasm? (You hear the Tall Man saying “Boyyyyy” followed by a mirror breaking and Mike screaming)…??? (Sound Up, obviously)

My dad is currently the victim of a romance scam. The latest is the gold bars promised him (seen here, w/ rubies) had secret gems in them. Guess who has to pay extra for new taxes. He’s…a lot of $$$ (& 7 months) in so far & fights me when I tell him it’s not real. How the hell do I stop this??

Finally saw FRANKENSTEIN on the big screen like the good dark lord intended, and what a beautiful, moving, gothic spectacle. Shades of Hammer and Cushing, gross-out elegance and operatic decay. Maybe Del Toro’s best. Elordi, Goth, and Isaac are all incredible. Everything I wanted it to be and more.

Finally saw FRANKENSTEIN on the big screen like the good dark lord intended, and what a beautiful, moving, gothic spectacle. Shades of Hammer and Cushing, gross-out elegance and operatic decay. Maybe Del Toro’s best. Elordi, Goth, and Isaac are all incredible. Everything I wanted it to be and more.

Forgive the dirty scale, but I’m finally down to under 200 lbs, and this is a total of 100 lbs lost since I started this journey. I haven’t been under 200 lbs in easily 15 years, and honestly never thought I’d see this weight again. Wild.
