1) We already had a no kings protest across the country.

2) reaction is literally what is going to put the nail in the coffin for us. HES TRYING TO MAKE PPL REACT SO HE CAN INVOKE THE INSURRECTION ACT. That would give him plenary authority. These are all words used by the admin in the last week.

Oh it’s just my rule (forgot to include the word my) but I’m supposed to just match the reps from those exercises that I hit earlier in the week and do 1 extra set. So technically no PRs. Instead I went for PRs & didn’t do the extra set.

lol I just did this and yes it is a battle! I prefer squats first personally cuz that requires more overall effort if you’re going below parallel but it’s hard regardless. YOU GOT THIS THO 💪🏽😂
