I weight train four days a week. I cycle three days a week. I walk my dog 2.5mi six days a week. I stopped drinking heavy. I practice mindfulness. I take medication for blood pressure and cholesterol. I diet. I stopped drinking heavy sugar drinks. I’m trying to outlive a WW.

When I was in undergrad I think the average age for BM was 50-something. Black women were in the 60s. WM were in the high 60s/70s, and WW love forever.

This is scary as a BM in his forties.
