I’ve been thinking about this a lot
Needing to put in effort to move around or emote because the minute you decide to relax, fwoomp! You’re right back into your default pose. It’s so much easier to just stay in your default pose and not bother trying to change it. Plus it feels really good too….

You can still MOVE, but everything's a little stiff. Your body likes to default back to one "idle pose" when you aren't actively focusing on doing something, so you end up waking up in the morning in whatever default pose the character suit mould was set up for.
