This is my take on Danai Centrella's Falconer, which she piloted shortly before her death during the Great Refusal in 3060. I think she got a crappy deal in the novels, so think of this mech as a bit of alternate history where she lived instead.

A recently-finished commission, this lance was painted up in the customer's custom Canopian mercenary scheme. This one was a lot of fun to paint, and I had a lot of leeway to detail and customize each mech.

Not much time to paint recently, but had a go with the @thearmypainter.bsky.social metallic speedpaints on these Romans.
Very smooth, very rich colours and a nice, matt finish. Played around thinning them and multiple coats.
Chuffed with the bronze on the shields particularly.
