Oh the stages aren't much of an issue outside of the checkpoint placements, but beyond that they're fine imo

Usually I spend most of my etanks on Quick since his contact damage is huge and I don't have crash bomb to cripple him like I do in 2.
Suspiciously smooth this time around though

frankly insane that 20-ish years ago some devs in japan said "how do we adapt mystery dungeon for pokemon," someone said "why don't we have the player be a pokemon," and as a direct result i now wear a collar and have about 5 online friends that identify as the mythical pokemon mew

Haven't seen much yet but the battle system itself looks really nice and fixes a problem I've had with pokemon for a loooong time (everything using the equivalent of MP and not having a basic infinite use but weaker attack if you want to conserve PP)

Hopefully it's as good as it seems to be
