It comes down to 2 things:
1. Ego-tripping by having such a high position, where you cannot be easily questioned nor opposed for your takes and actions
2. The fact that they also hold most subreddits and can impose said actions and views onto a huge userbase

The issue comes down to people, regardless of gender, interpreting ideology not as set of rules and morals that guide our understanding of making things better, but rather as a form of social status or identity, which may as well cause things like friend and work groups, or even families to split.

If there is one thing that I can acknowledge about being in Europe is that we have a lot of cultures and languages. Like literally, in the EU alone we use 24 of these things and there's a lot more regional ones, a few hundred dialects even 😅
