my back pain has been so bad for the past week. i'm not sure what's going on or why it's so much worse all of a sudden, but it makes it pretty painful to sit or stand for more than a few minutes.

well, my insurance didn't approve wakix (narolepsy medication) because i need "medical documentation that the medication has helped" me. TELL ME HOW THIS MAKES SENSE.

i'm trying out qobuz because apparently it's one of the music streaming services that pays artists most, and tidal and napster didn't work for me because they were missing some artists/bands. really hoping it works.

Just a note that menstrual products are the most requested / least donated items in food pantries so if you have the means to pick up supplies perhaps consider it
