The partnership between employers and employees fulfils a pivotal role in our social market economy.

The majority of all law of the sea cases today are decided by the Int‘l Tribunal for the Law of the Sea - even when they initially began as arbitration cases. There could be no greater sign of trust States have in the jurisprudence, but also the efficiency of ITLOS.
