My first concert was the Heineken Music Festival, Leeds 1995. Had a ticket for the Saturday, free from the Melody Maker (you wrote off for it). Pulp headlining a few weeks after they played Glastonbury. I remember Menswear and Sleeper too.
Still Top 5 gig i've ever been to.

So, tomorrow i am taking the Girls to their first concert.
It sadly isn't something they have picked, mainly because they just aren't into music the same way were at their age. But wanted to expose them to a gig and have picked Idlewild.

Fingers crossed they enjoy the night.

Long drive tonight to SiL
So me and Wife played a game of scoring trees.
You would be shocked how many 0, 1 and 2s I gave out.
Most trees suck, but in the Autumn with the colours changing there were some beauty's.
Highest score was a 9.5 for a lonely tree on a hill near Worcester.
