No Kings was a wonderful peaceful gathering in support of core American values: preserving democracy, restoring the impartial rule of law, rebuilding our damaged international relations, funding American healthcare, rescinding illegal punitive federal import taxes, restraining political violence being instigated by ICE, and respecting innocent foreigners.

We can't stop here, though.

Ohio’s Public Utilities Commission approved Columbia Gas’s fee hikes even though the Ohio Supreme Court has struck down more than a billion dollars in past utility charges as illegal. The companies kept the money anyway.

This week, the state appealed parts of the 2019 six-week abortion ban — trying to keep restrictions alive even though the ban itself is struck down.
