I genuinely mistook her for Aubrey Plaza at first then realised she was in Alita. She was great and certainly the highlight among the crew. Play Dirty was fun and while not as solid as Kiss Kiss Bang Bang or Nice Guys it filled a couple of hours and had just enough wise cracks to enjoy.

People need to be aware how serious any head injury can be. I hope your posts help raise awareness amongst friends and followers.

Their experience was pretty bad. Three month coma and very intrusive surgery to the left side of the head. Changed their personality and life. Years later they did a charity run and the look on her face crossing the line still warms. Huge steps! She then put on her skates and it was very emotional.

When I hung around the roller derby scene for @rollergrrrls.bsky.social there were a LOT of concussions and even with their helmets it could be very serious indeed. One friend lost years to agoraphobia and other health issues due to TBI. Pleased to see you recover. Wishing you well.
