I ordered food and have been watching the delivery time jump from 22 to 25, 15 to 18, 6 to 10… every time I checked their location it was because the driver missed an exit and had to drive back up the highway to turn around and come back… a 28 minute delivery took 1 hour. How do I rescind a tip? 💀
