Its February 2nd and i havent had any alcohol since my flight back to Seattle on January 1. I been sleeping 8hrs a night in the midst of chaos and exercising multiple times a day like i been training for something lol. Ive been doing fine. Thanks for asking

My son was born at that hospital when we lived in RVA (Henrico Doctors Hospital), so i told my wife about this story. She said, “as if black women dont already have enough to worry about in the medical system when having a baby.”
A White nurse recently got caught breaking the bones of Black infants simply because they were Black. Don't ever ask Black people, "why does everything have to be about race." Ask White people that question.

My new year resolution for 2024 was to sleep 8hrs a day. I failed miserably 😭. I did sleep about 189hrs more than 2023 tho, which is almost 8 whole days of extra sleep

Nobody really thought drake was super cool ever anyway. He just had poppy rap music that got heavy radio play. Drake simply has no music thats getting heavy radio play right now bc whatever he did to piss off the machine behind him really made them pull the plug

My 2yo is such a habitual egregious food waster & it burns me up😭. Half the time its food she specifically requested 30 sec ago before licking it all, making it unconsumable for anyone else, & deciding she doesnt want it. She is a open window on our food budget & cash is just blowing out

Ive heard plenty bad about being a dentist even tho plenty are also rich but im not exaggerating when i say i have literally never heard anything that made me think that becoming an orthodontist was anything less than a brilliant career path

Our 2 year old’s first and middle name roughly means everlasting life. She is such a force & has been wreaking havoc on our home lately. I fear we unintentionally gave her too much lifeforce & power with that naming😭

In some ways, this app is like social media just started over. A whole glitch in the matrix. People having discussions that were had in the 2000s. People participating in online chainmail type activities like the olden days. I dont know who opened the internet’s time capsule but it feels too soon
