I feel like this photo of masked, armed men pepper spraying a pastor protecting his community is going to be a defining picture of this moment in America for a long, long time.

I am embarrassed for the honorable ones. The rest of them are brainwashed suckers and losers that voted for this clown! You strip away women's rights, deport thousands of people, took away snap from children, Medicare is on the line of being destroyed, and the list goes on.

First Felon cannot govern. So he signs executive orders, subject to review by the courts which so far, have remained unimpressed with his nonsense.

On the first day of Black History Month, think about the people who contributed to and made our country great, whose names never made the papers, and were purposefully omitted from the record. We didn't get here alone. I am spending my adulthood making up for my oh-so-lacking history education.

If you only read one book for the rest of the year, read How Democracies Die. . . .This is not a book for just Democrats or Republicans. It is a book for all Americans. It is nonpartisan. It is fact based. It is deeply rooted in history. . .

The very worst human beings on planet earth are now running our country. People incapable of compassion, empathy, understanding, or even rational thought 😩

Who is going to build your house, teach your children, put food on your table? Immigrants work in many fields. Some as diverse as software development, restaurant and business owners, health care workers and taxi drivers; in a way, they are everywhere. Immigrants are the backbone of the country.

Trump is trying to ignore the clear language of the 14th Amendment on citizenship for Americans born here. He is trying to erase our history in eliminating the gains of the civil rights movement.

Jan 20, 1961. A blizzard the day before. Temperatures well below freezing. Without a coat or hat, JFK gave a speech we still quote today. Robert Frost, 86, recited a poem. Steinbeck and Hemingway and Rothko were among the VIPs. A million people gathered in the cold to hear it.
This is the precedent.
