There is so much to say on civil service/gov workers like Gregg. People work jobs like this for less money because they care, they love it, it matters, but part of the equation of lower pay etc is the job security, that's gone, it's not coming back any time soon, so getting incredible people like...

Gregg is a former Marine and Forest Service ranger. He's saved the lives of hikers dangling off a cliff or going through cardiac arrest, and he's bravely fought forest fires to save small rural towns.

When I used to cycle the 10 miles to work daily across countryside, I'd always have just 2 or 3 days a year where there'd be frogs on the road, I'd have to swerve to dodge them (it was dark) and sadly saw many that were run over, car drivers would never know, it being night time and so small....
