From tip to haft, this +2 greater striking ranseur is clad in a hardened, glowing gold metal. The head of it is emblazoned with a statue of a proud lion and blue and gold banners are draped from a crossbar near the head. Holding this staff fills you with resolve and bolsters your confidence. While holding this weapon, you gain a +2 item bonus to saving throws against effects that would cause you to become frightened. Activate [2] envision, manipulate; Frequency Three times per day; Effect You slam the butt of this weapon into an empty space within 5 feet of you. A gold, spectral version of the banner appears in that space and begins to emit a bolstering aura in a 20-foot emanation around it that persists for 1 minute. Creatures of your choosing within the emanation become immune to the frightened condition. Additionally, their successful melee strikes deal an extra 1d8+3 spirit damage or 2d8+4 spirit damage if the creature they are striking is unholy.
