- Still root for the Pirates / have ST at PNC
- Cannot give Bob Nutting any extra money or the team my passion until the way the team is operated changes.

So this makes 3 Skenes bobbleheads now. None of them have been "normal". One is the RotY "card". One is the DC "Superman" tie in last year and now this one going only to Season Ticket Holders. Can they just make one of the guy in his uniform normally?

The President of Operations on a team with one of the deepest pockets in baseball should not be getting beaten out on critical players this easily. These guys want nothing to do with the Mets for some reason and "3 years" David Stearns is a part of the problem. #Mets #LGM #LFGM #MetsSky

Still trying to figure out how trading away 27 points of OPS+ for an aging second baseman is what this team needs in the short term. I get the long term financials. I do not get it for the 2026 Mets.
Just trying to figure out what was appealing about Marcus Semien. He's had back to back bad years while the Mets trade away a Power Bat. I get the need to shore up defensively but 2B was not a glaring hole to me.

Maybe its time we start treating gambling like the addiction it is and not advertise it so incessantly. You do not see cigarette ads during games.
Studies have been done that show betting leads to poverty, domestic abuse, alcohol abuse, & employment problems.

I'm an absurd baseball fan. I love the game. There's almost nothing that could happen to make me not love baseball.
One thing that could: Doubt in the integrity of outcomes of games. Don't think you're not to blame here @mlb.com. You cozied up to betting to make $$. This is a price of that.

Really happy to see Liover Pergeuro get out of the @pirates.com organization. That is a player who had his potential smooshed by a miser of an owner. He was ready for long term exposure at the next level at the end of 2023.
