Cyborg is a particular sore spot

Back before the Christmas of 1986 I picked out the Super Powers figures that were in the Wishbook. It wasn’t a huge selection but I definitely remember choosing Cyborg by. Then Sears messed up and didn’t send anything. So I never got him.

…but when things settle down I plan on filling that out more. It’s the one toy line from my youth that I want to try and get as complete a collection as I can.

Modern science has yet to create a device that can measure exactly how important the Super Powers toy line is to me as a fan of both super heroes and as a DC Comics fan.

I have a pretty decent assortment of figures and vehicles in my collection (all boxed up at the moment)…1/

That’s a really weird way to say that the law enforcement in your state is not up to the task and instead of trying to fix that you want to ask daddy to send his friends to do their job for them.

One of my pet peeves when it comes to comics is when characters talk about things as if that thing isn’t established fact in their world.

This is from Cataclsym. Dick says this to Batman as if both of them were not on teams with people that are from, in some form, Atlantis.
