83% of the buildings in Gaza are destroyed, or so heavily damaged that they cannot be used. There is nothing "EASY" about rebuilding all of that plus the damaged water, sewer, electrical services, and the streets.

This is such bullshit. Ukraine doesn't even aim at civilian targets in Russia, and they don't have nuclear weapons, as Russia knows very well- because they took the warheads out of Ukraine themselves and promised to protect and respect Ukrainian sovereignty in exchange for them.

💔🇺🇦 Zelensky: A child was killed in a church in Kostyantynivka by an air bomb. In total, over 3,100 drones, 92 missiles, and about 1,360 KABs were used this week alone.

Moscow is allowing itself to escalate the strikes and is taking advantage of the fact that the world is focused on Middle East.

Congress doesn't vote to pay me.
I don't "swap" money for a treasury bond, I buy a bond, and get paid interest- IF I want to invest in bonds. It is a form of savings, if you let interest accumulate by buying more bonds. It is an income source when they pay interest.
It is a loan to the govt. always.

Banks create money by making loans. They don't have to have those funds in the bank to make that loan.
The government INSURES deposits so that a bank that makes bad loans doesn't cost its depositors that money.
Government does create money by borrowing - via bond sales. They pay interest on those.

Taxes pay for government services provided by federal workers. <1% of Americans work for all the rest of us. None of them get rich doing it. They spend their paychecks in their local communities the same as workers in for-profit businesses.
Untaxed wealth is money removed from the economy.
