I was so turned on by my own story I wanted to illustrate and flesh it out a bit more

(Sleepover at your BFFs)
You get very flustered when you realize your friend still wears diapers, and even more so when you find out her dad is handling all the diaper changes. Immediately, for a reason you cannot figure out, an image flashes in your mind, just for a moment, of you in her place, laying on your back with your legs up, obidiently waiting for him to put a diaper on you like a baby. But that moment has overtaken all your other thoughts, to the point where you might not be very reasonable anymore.

So, without thinking very clearly about it, you imagine a sequence of events. And it starts with you having a very unfortunate, embarassing, and humiliating accident: and before you've decided to go for it, you wet yourself. Part of you is wondering just what it is you're doing, but mostly you're focused on the warmth spreading through your leggings, imaging, hoping, wanting for it not to be the biggest rush you'll feel tonight.

You move on to Phase Two immediately, which is probably the most difficult. And before you lose your nerve, you nervously tap a door three times, and hesitantly open it. This part does not need any acting on your end, your heart is racing, beating faster and faster as you're squirming in your drenched clothes... stuttering that you've had an accident. Too late to turn back now.
You're hoping your sudden madness was not a mistake.

The tall, older man in his room seems genuinely surprised after your confession - or maybe, these words are coming from you rather than your friend, but only a moment later he's shaken it off and is back in control.
His first reaction is to reassure you at length, telling you you shouldn't feel bad, that it's nothing to worry about, that you haven't done anything wrong... Each sentence spoken by the deep, steady voice is flowing through you like a wave of softness, as if any of them could mend all your worries and insecurities. It feels so nice you almost feel bad about having lied, just a little bit, for you to enjoy this treatment. But, the part of you that is now predominant, one that is less prone to self-reflection, is whispering that this all well earned, since you did pee yourself in the end. So what if you exagerated, slightly the accidental nature of it? The result is the same: you need someone to look after you.

And your heart almost leaps out of your chest when he suggests, a bit embarassed, that he has a solution for you... If that's okay with you, of course!
You realize you nodded a bit too quickly, too vigorously then and there. Hopefully he did not notice what could be interpreted as eagerness on your part.
And so, your head full of fog, you watch him lay down a blanket, tailored for this kind of occasion, some wipes, some powder... And finally, a diaper. Your diaper.
He invites you to lay down, and with slow, deliberate motions made perfect with much practice, he takes off your leggings, your panties, and prepares you for your diaper. The first in a long time. Hopefully, definitely, not the last.

You're on a little cloud of your own as the last tape is applied, sealing you in a soft, bulky prison that feels better than any underwear you've ever worn.
He helps you put on your pajamas for the night, which might seem excessive; just because you've wet yourself and have been diapered as a result does not mean you forgot how to put on clothes, too! But after what just happened, the intimacy of being dressed by someone is rather negligeable, though you appreciate it nonetheless.

Your head feels so fuzzy that what happens next feels like a dream, as if the world around you was now encassed in a thick fog. You're lead to the guest bedroom. You're being gently tucked under the covers. You're holding Alex close to your chest - since when has he been with you, anyway? You're pretty sure he was still in your backpack... Doesn't matter. The voice, still so reassuring, one that could instantly convince that everything will be alright just by telling you so, resonates with a "Sweet dreams". You're unsure if you're still awake, if the voice can hear you back, but you remember your manners, and answer with a "Thank you, good night"... And you give in to this overwhelming feeling.

Images, feelings, desires, all spin in your head in a raging vortex. But the sensation is not at all unpleasant. All this chaos in your head is centered around a few constants, all pleasing. Warmth, flowing through your whole body, like the coziest blanket covering every single cell of yours. You feel small, tiny, insignificant, compared to this gentle power. You want to belong to it, to surrender completely, to be taken over by this mountain of comfort.
These feelings, invariably, give constance to a few images. And so the warmth blanket transforms, changes shape, refines itself into arms, arms so long they can wrap around your chest, your waist, your thighs. Now that you're held, you know without a doubt that you're safe. As long as these arms are wrapped around you, everything will be fine.
And so, the hands appear. They touch, they feel, they probe, and each contact sends another wave through you. They are more precise, too. Once, they caress your check. Then, your waist. Your fingers. They run across your body, wanting to explore all parts of it.
They are more eager. They want to please you. Just as much as you want to please them. And so, they go to the last place left. The hand slowly pushes into the front of your diaper...

You slowly open your eyes. Your first thought is that you've no idea what time it is, or how long you've been asleep. The second is that your hands are still pressed into your diaper. You don't know what came over you, your dream is already painfully crumbling, fading away. But you know you won't forget its most powerful impression... And the cause of it.
These strong, large, warm hands over your diaper. And the imperious desire you had for them to press, to tease, to grab, to hold, to rub.

some thoughts:

typing alt text on your phone: NOT GOOD. it became pretty much impossible, so i had to switch to pc and it broke my flow. rude.

hope you like the scenery(?) it was a struggle between making the pictures story accurate (ie very dark), or actually visible. theyre meant to evoke warmth

a little, long-standing fantasy of mine.

He was as nervous as he was any of the previous times; she could tell immediately. She had begun by taking her skirt off, which was enough to have his eyes dart in every direction so long as he didn't look at her... until he did.
She could hardly suppress a smirk. Once, she had told him she was considering taking her top off too, should he pass. He failed immediately upon hearing that. Nothing made her feel more desirable than these moments.

She unfastened his belt with exceedingly slow and deliberate motions. It might have seemed as though she was careful not to rush him, but really, she just enjoyed the teasing too much. No opportunity was left unseized... unless there was a risk it'd get him to finish then and there. It was far too early in their ritual for that.
For that reason, she was particularly careful not to touch his diaper in any way, even as lightly as having the back of her fingers brush against it in passing. She had to actively suppress her desire to push both her hands flat on it, in a ruthlessly loving stimulation. It'd be enjoyable, probably... but not enjoyable enough. For neither of them. It was both their intent to make the dance last for as many seconds as possible, though their mindsets were slightly different.

"Still dry? Well done!"
He bit his lower lip. She knew he didn't actually need to wear diapers, but he always felt too humiliated to disprove this vicious attack on his maturity. Especially since this habit of her diapering him had started as a - somewhat far-fetched - idea to help him with his quick draw. If he couldn't manage more than a minute, she had remarked, then she had all the reasons she needed not to trust he could act like a big boy always.

"This is the one... Right?", she smiled tenderly at him. He gave a quick nod, trying his best to muster some resolve.
Taking his hand in hers, she led them to the bedroom, and softly pushed him on the covers.

The timer on her phone was about to start.

He was gripping the sheets a little. She could not help finding that adorable. He really was preparing himself, whatever it meant, not to ejaculate immediately. She took it as a challenge yet again. He could not resist, she knew it; least of all, he could not resist *her*. And that thought alone was enough to set her whole body on fire.
He let out a small sigh as she climbed on top of him. She made a tiny bounce on his hips, as if to confirm that yes, he was under her.
"Do you want to start?", she whispered in the dim light.
Another nod, while staring at the ceiling.
She bent forward and planted a soft kiss on his cheek. Only then did she move up slightly, and their diapers touched for the first time.

Immediately he let out a stifled cry, and she made an effort not to moan in response. As expected, he was hard as ever; it was impossible not to feel it, even through the combined paddings. His breathing was deeper already, his body shaking ever so slightly. But she was just as turned on.

She started slowly rocking her hips forward, and could not breathe quietly anymore. Nor could he avoid looking at her any longer. Even though he was trying to think of anything to hold his excitement back, he could not take his eyes off of their diapers rubbing against each other, and her body arching seductively.

Each movement was faster than the previous one. She was pressing her hands on his chest to keep her balance without disrupting her rhythm, and he instinctively moved his hands to her hips. He was whimpering now. An unmistakable sign that the dance was about to come to an end soon. She'd make it a memorable one.
She slid backwards as much as she could, and then rolled forward with her whole weight pressing down. He could no longer control his voice... nor his body.
She felt lightheaded, and had to make an effort to remain upright. "I guess... we'll continue with the diapers for now, won't we"?

A little over three seconds later, the alarm sounded. Half a minute.

She let herself drift down slowly, and linked her arms behind his neck. He apologized in a whisper, as he embraced her warmly, and for the first time of the night she was unable to resist chuckling. He was so cute, and so impossibly aloof. How could he not see that she herself was in dire need of recovery?

As she let sleep drag her down in softness and comfort, she thought theirs was a peculiar way of sharing love.
Still, with him, she wouldn't have it any other way.

I was supposed to have a new stuffie in the family but my address got written wrong so they didn't get here and when I contacted the vendor they basically told me "have you considered fixing the issue yourself" so I guess whatever it's not like I'm going to cry about it or anything

None, astonishingly, I have to worry about leaking more with, like, a Classico V2 than I do with medicals. But it is surprising when they're still holding together after sleeping in them.

Tenas are pretty reliable, obviously they don't hold as much as an ABDL diaper or equivalent but they're a lot more discreet and priced accordingly. Nobody can tell I have them on and if they do leak, it's usually because I've got an awful habit of taping them on way too tight.

Neon wakes up from a nap late in the afternoon. She sits on her bed near the window that lets in just a little of the light of a setting sun.
However, a figure outside, looking into her room through the window, is casting a shadow, preventing the light from shining over her white diaper.

It's been a while since I've tried finding new stuff but usually resellers had some medical brands and none of the others, guessing it's more of a usual market share thing for them

Also I thought the abenas were a UK thing, meaning now a lot harder to find anywhere else? No certitude on any of that
