yes cloudflare is the preferred way (and the only "officially" supported way for now for apex domains), i had to add that A record thing because some of the other domain registrars apparently let you add an apex cname but sneakily exchange that with an A record behind the scenes :P

I am really happy with my new @blento.app site. Custom domain whenever I figure out how to add a CNAME for an APEX domain at my registrar. 😂

(its not written down anywhere yet, but A records (should) work too now, just add the ip of the proxy)

ah nice there's an embed, well thats easy, might add some more custom blento+plyr cards later that are not just an embed (cause those then stay consistent with the theme, etc)

yeah plyr.fm is on the todo list, havent looked into how their stuff is set up yet though, so not sure how easy that'll be/how exactly it would work

the more solid way would probably be the other way around, figure out which publications are leaflets (e.g. because the url they have is a leaflet url) and only show those

that's one of the drawbacks of using a shared lexicon i suppose 😅
for filtering out blento on leaflet, the easy way would be to just hide all with a rkey that starts with `blento.`

yeah i guess leaflet shows all publications in your repository and one of them is actually the one thats created for blento and if that gets edited on leaflet it overwrites the blento stuff, honestly not sure what the solution here is in general (i think leaflet should just not show blentos?)
