Fishest Gup is standing on a rocky cliff overlooking the ocean as Rival Trout approaches him, carrying a Katana on his back.
Rival: Ah, Fishest Gup... it must be Fate that we are meeting here at the Edge of the World.
Gup: What are you *talking* about?
Panel 2:
Rival Trout produces a second sword and hands it towards Gup.
Rival: The time has come for our Final Duel, but I cannot allow this to be an unfair fight. Take this blade.
Gup: oh sweet
Panel 3:
Rival: I will warn you that I have been studying the blade for many moons-
Gup, who is now carrying the blade and walking off: Thanks, this is awesome! I'm going to show all my friends!
Panel 4:
Rival Trout is standing there, Gup is offscreen now.
Gup (offscreen): Hey Fishopon! Check it out! I've got a real sword!
Fishopon (offscreen): Oh wow, can I hold it?

The path is blocked.

Fishest Gup and Special Lobster are walking in an open space on top of a mountain. A large boulder the size of a small boulder lies on the path in front of them. There is plenty of space to walk around it.

"Oh no! A boulder is blocking the path! How are we going to get around?" cries Gup.

Special Lobster looks at him and asks, "Are you serious?" before turning around and smacking the boulder so that it disintegrates into a bunch of pieces.

Legs Race

Gup is standing in a beach area. Trout walks towards him, and his legs are twice as large as usual.
"Oh, 'sup Small Fry. I almost didn't see you there, what with my Extremely Long Legs and all."

cut to a dry forest area, Gup is walking in with even larger legs, to Trout's chagrin.
"Ah, what a good day to stretch out the ol' legs! I would hate to be someone getting caught having shorter legs than I do!"

Later, in a green wooded area, Gup muses about how he bested his rival.

"Heh, I bet Trout is still all cut up about me having longer legs than he does."

Gup proceeds to get bonked by a Really Long Leg, so large that the bearer is offscreen.

"Oh my goodness! I am so sorry young lad! My legs are just Too Freaking Huge for me to see!"

Heroes.

Fishest Gup, Flying Fishopon, and Special Lobster are hanging out by a riverside.

Gup declares, "You know, I think the three of us make a pretty good team."

"How so?" asks Fishopon.

"Well, see think about it. I have legs so I can run, Fishopon, you can fly with your fins, and Special Lobster is strong enough to break rocks!" Gup replies, wiggling his legs.

"That is cool and all but I don't really see why that makes us like a team," Fishopon remarks, confused.

"yeah, I dunno" adds Special Lobster.

A thought bubble appears above Gup containing the boxart for Sonic Heroes.

"I guess I just think our abilities are neat..." he relents.

I haven't seen anyone lay it out like this yet, so here's an in detail example where Jesse Singal violated ToS and BlueSky's Public response where they said "actually that doesn't count and also we're updating ToS anyway"

In specific, Jesse Singal has distributed private medical information on Bluesky without the consent of the patient [5]. It is plainly obvious that Singal’s decision to use this platform to share private medical information is in violation of the first rule of Bluesky’s Community Guidelines: “Don’t use Bluesky Social to break the law or cause harm to others,” further clarified as “For example, do not: Steal or distribute others’ private personal information without their permission” [6]. Although the legality of Singal’s involvement in obtaining this private medical information has been debated, the information Singal uploaded in an image directly to Bluesky on December 8th is nonetheless private personal information that was distributed over Bluesky without the express permission of the owner of that information [7]. This is not denied by Singal, as he claims the information is not identifying (although this claim was made by himself and not by a reputable news organization), but he acknowledges that the information was obtained from medical records without consent of that patient [8].
