Nothing says National Time Trial Championship like instant porridge at 6am, in a Travelodge.

Preparing a presentation on generative AI (it’s this new thing, you won’t have heard of it yet) by reading multiple articles, taking notes, and summarising the key points in bullet form. Taken me all day.

The Icelandic public broadcasting agency just issued a correction of a previous news item: The first lamb of the year was born in Skagafjörður on January 23rd, and NOT yesterday in Rangárvellir as previosly stated.

The accompanying photo is of the real first lamb born and its mother.
Hið raunverulega fyrsta lamb fæddist í Skagafirði - RÚV.is
Svo virðist sem fyrsta lamb ársins hafi fæðst 23. janúar á bænum Kleif í Skagafirði. Um viku fyrr en það sem fæddist á Rangárvöllum og fjallað var um í frétt fyrr í dag.

Visitors book at Cardiff station waiting room. Cheered me up until someone pointed out it might be Denis. I hope not though.

Be nice to have been told these were hanging by the back door. Which might have prevented me walking face first into them.

What are the parameters of the BlueSky algorithm? How do I stop 98% of my Discover feed being cats, dogs (specifically Corgis), and rabbits?
