I can imagine. Yet they’ll find money for the ID cards. It depends on their priorities. Give money and our data to big tech companies or do more for ordinary young people - who’ve already had too many negatives to bear.

The little youth provision that is left, scouts and Guides, also struggle for funding. A lot of their buildings are dilapidated snd in need of updating, yet there is no money

I’m SO depressed with the disappointment of this government.
I was door knocking today for a local council election and my takeaway was that many people are quite low about the status quo.

So to get out of this mess KS needs to address broken Britain with real urgency. Excellent suggestion. I see very little evidence that he has any intention of doing this. His Thatcherism is a big part of the problem.
