I feel like a broken record, but I have to keep saying it over and over again: a farmer bailout won’t do much of anything because the market is gone. There will be no incentive to plant next year.

The rarely seen anymore thronproof tweed, a tightly woven, semi-worsted spun tweed. Originally favored by hunters because it resisted snagging in brambles, it was later adopted by city folk as "rus in urbe" dressing. Unlike Harris or Shetland, it works for trousers and thus full suits.

i learned this trick from a neapolitan tailor about 15 years ago. if you put cuffs into your trousers, ask your alterations tailor to put buttonholes into the seams and attach buttons. this way, you can unbutton your cuffs and brush out debris.

This is appalling, criminal, and the GOP plan for everywhere: block cheap renewables in favor of expensive gas turbines.
It won't even provide enough power, there's a 3-5 year backlog for turbines. We'll all pay far higher electricity bills to be sicker and to do more environmental damage.
