This is Heinrich Himmler, the head of the SS and architect of the Holocaust. That symbol on his cap is the totenkopf. This isn't just a nazi symbol, it was the symbol of SS guards who mass murdered millions.

Just to be clear, no one who gets this as a tattoo should ever be elected.

He has a section where he wants to pay servicemen fair wages to go join the military, which I went over. He wants to address the recruitment crisis of the US #Military & bolster it's power!

He hasn't been reformed by any means of the word!
