My theory is that for at least a decade now, probably longer, CEOs that refused to step down but had dementia or something similar have been coddled EXACTLY like trump is being coddled.
It's too smooth, too practiced, to be an original idea.

I'm not a drinker, but it's a Christmas tradition to have bailey's in my coffee Christmas morning.
