After Zenk's graduation, Cornell College returned the statue to the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. Representatives joined the art & art history dept. on campus to receive the soapstone statue, which is believed to be more than 1,000 years old.

during college i learned of the Bread and Puppet Theater (a hour or so up the road from Hanover and a summer visitor)

i get strength from the inflatable costumes 🎈🐸
the dolls 🏳️‍⚧️ who continue to dance and sway against so much
the bread, the puppets, the signs
