“Ale" works in the carrot harvest in CA. She earns $3.05 for every box of carrots she packs. One box has 24 bunches of 7 carrots each. To earn $100 she has to pack 34 boxes or 816 bunches which represents over 5000 carrots picked in a day. #WeFeedYou

An extraordinarily practical way to help people lower their energy bills. With all of the big talk about addressing affordability and rising energy bills, this would be a great solution to include as a rate payer relief solution in next years wave of data center and energy bills.

This year's tariff madness has an interesting structural feature. What @jonasnahm.com is calling an "inversion" is that Trump has higher tariff rates on intermediate goods and basic materials (esp. steel and aluminum) than finished goods. He points out one consequence. There are others.
