Bungie leaving the series was the death nail. Mp is fun but it is not special and in this era of gaming it all is practically the same just with a different veneer. Chief's journey was epic and was the reason why people lined up at midnight releases. Mp was the dessert after a very filling meal.

I miss Halo so much but 343i killed it. Yeah, Infinite had great multiplayer but the stories are what made that series special and that side of the games has been dead since Reach. I have zero faith in Halo Studios to turn it around because I do not think they truly understand what Halo is.

I do the same on Xbox. I have a long lost of games I want to own and when they hit a decent sale I gobble them up. Many of which I still have yet to start because while having Game Pass I was a gaming tourist. Now that I have cancelled, I plan on paying & finishing games that I own instead.
