Val'dran isn't entirely sure what the definition of a home *is*.
Is it the House he grew up in, filled with people who wish him ill? Is it the simply furnished room in the Bregan D'aerthe compound? The tucked away inn room in Neverwinter?

Absolutely fucking not.
Val'dran despises the idea of prophecy and fate. He hasn't struggled his way to freedom, to autonomy, to have it ripped away in the name of someone else's idea of what he should be doing.
At that point he could as well return to his mother.

Val'dran is pronounced quite straight forward! It's "vAl-drAn".
What makes it mildly complicated to some is that the "a" is pronounced in the Norwegian/Scandinavian manner. Both are notably pronounced in the name.
Suppose the "a" in "arch" might be close.

It's just a body. Val'dran doesn't really think a lot about it. He knows he's considered quite small, but honestly he's average of height and build for a drow male, so being called short mostly makes him exasperated.
He's aware he's handsome, tho. It... can be troublesome when people *want* him.

I don't know that I learnt something new about Val'dran - having been around since 2018, he's got development out his ears!
BUT it's always nice to be able to set words on things, to be able to muse on certain qualities, ideas and concepts.

It's incredibly difficult to choose One Single Picture, even if I'm nowhere near as amazing a VP fiend as some of my friends 😂

Ugly is as ugly does, Val'dran finds. It's in action, most often, not appearance.
He does have a preference towards drow concepts of beauty, unsurprisingly, but is also unwilling to follow those completely. He *does* however find round ears somewhat... non-beautiful.
