Kept telling me my character was gonna get demoted and a lot of stuff was gonna happen because of something I didn't know so i was just bombarded with like " oh you're in trouble " but I wasn't given any clear communication. I left but people from the server are trying to like confront me about it?

Yeah, but I joined a server not to long ago, just looking for simple roleplay nothing complex. Start my first roleplay like " this is gonna be so silly and fun " then they kinda railroad everything. It was a huge mess and I just wanted some relaxing but it got super stressful.
