Hi, new followers. I am Emily, a lone wolf literary agent wandering the streets of Brooklyn. Originally from New Haven, CT. Invisible disability, mental health, ace. I have an identical twin (and another sister). Looking for a Coven. Here are some books I have worked on recently.
Aww that one trusting child. ♥️
"I hurt it getting out of jai--I mean bed."
I hurt my foot getting out of bed (it's not broken but it's swollen). I'm trying to think of a better lie to tell people if they ask why I am limping. My first thought was "shark attack" but I'm worried people will see through it.

One of my least favorite parts of Publishing is being told of new ways authors are being scammed. 😞

Wow, I'm delighted that Parents featured I THINK I THINK A LOT in a piece about books celebrating neurodiversity. Many other titles across all kidlit age categories are included--too many to tag! @joseebisaillon.bsky.social @esckeyes.bsky.social @freespiritbooks.bsky.social

It's #OCDAwarenessWeek so I'll share poet and author Jordan Scott's very kind blurb about I THINK I THINK A LOT. It's inspired by my own #OCD.

yearly reminder to people insisting that we view Christopher Columbus as "a man of his time" that *the people responsible for the Spanish Inquisition* thought Columbus was out of pocket
Christopher Columbus was dragged back to Spain in chains by a crusading knight, convicted of tyranny and immeasurable cruelty, pardoned by Isabella but banned from returning to Hispaniola.

Fuck Columbus.
Los Reyes Catholicos weren't exactly liberal snowflakes and even they were like, "... this guy shouldn't be in charge."

Today is #IndigenousPeoplesDay, a day to honor the culture, heritage, and resilience of our Native American communities.

New York has a rich indigenous legacy and history - but there’s still more work to do to achieve equity and justice for indigenous people in New York ⤵️
I am not in touch with the Italian-American side of my heritage, but hear me out. What if we let the Native People have this day (bank holiday and all) and we, like, really leaned into San Gennaro as our thing? Then everyone could have a parade? 🤔
Some are so gross that I feel dumb for buying them. They should let you buy one at a time.
There is also one on social media called Bouy, I think, that claims to be made for chronic illness. I am skeptical of Instagram marketing though.
I got a brand called Only Hydration and I liked the flavor but didn't feel as hydrated as when I took Liquid IV or Gatorade. So long as we are reporting back. Nuun I hated the taste of several flavors.
Sjogrens makes me so dry. I can feel a difference in my sinus when I drink certain ones. 🫠
I like the passion fruit one of theirs but some say drip drop is better?
