You cant do hand talk when youre saying "In terms of, and going forward, certainly, we are going to be, and fully so, doing this more, and on level, such that the american people can understand, the stakes more fully, than currently - one would affirm they do, fully"
I think one of the most off putting things about Hakeem is that people from the northeast talk a lot with our hands to say *more* than we can audibly & the hands accentuate, hes saying nothing & the hands just make it worse
