Don't scare the developers please! πŸ˜„
Making an element interactive with a tabindex? Name it!

Don't name an element nested in it. This does not work. The name needs to be on the element that you can -focus-.

Hiding a house number in the back of my garden does not help identify my house from the front.

I think "chips" are a design mistake.

They're catch-all interactive component that can do anything while all looking alike. They make it very unclear for users what to expect. Lack of affordance is bad UX.
Chips are what you end up with when you don't decide.

Chips – Material Design 3
Chips help people enter information, make selections, filter content, or trigger actions. Four types of chips are: assist, filter, input, and suggestion.

This used to be the time when everybody on Twitter changed their name to something spooky.
Developers can answer 9 out of 10 questions with "it depends".

Accessibility-people have their own version: "but people are creative"
For example: Does this WCAG SC apply?
- Probably not, but people are creative.

Because my goodness, people can be so creative.
"I'm going to read books again"-book #1 done.

I read the first book of Percy Jackson. It was nice to read again, but it was a bit -too- light. Like a middle school version of "American Gods".

What should I read next?
Somebody actually said that? Wow...
I just opened the website of m-enabling and wish I hand't.

"is it really an error or is it just AWS failing"

"you broke reddit" feels like such a passive-aggressive victim blaming type of error message

I'm drafting HTML for an accessible carousel/slider and I feel a bit dirty 😬
I'm enjoying 3d-print and modeling currently. Let me know if there's anything you'd like to try/make/test!
My second desk holds my A3 printer, and both a flatbed and film scanner. Like most of my photography stuff, they're mostly catching dust.

I think I'll move them today. Give my 3D printer and pen plotter (also catching dust) more space. Any reason I shouldn't?

"Speak now or forever hold your peace"
I think that's very reasonable.
Let's keep it unusual: rechargeable dessicants.
every software product available: you have succesfully backed up your phone pictures

How useful AI is for generating alt-text?

"May be an image of toy" on every image... on a LEGO-related website.
To all the people cleaning up:

It might be the most underappreciated task. People only see the things you miss, not the things you do.

Thanks for cleaning up. Thanks for leaving things in a better state. Your efforts make things possible.
What are you talking abou... oh.. ouch.
