I knew a congressional aide circa 1991. It was an open secret that the Rep had early onset Parkinson's and would resign. AIPAC requested a meeting on a bad health day and he sent his chief instead. AIPACers broke thru a locked door and yelled at a man in severe decline "remember how much we pay you"
