Complex PTSD has a way of convincing us we don't fit in anywhere or w/ anyone-- which can suck when we feel like a pod person around people we love, but is actually a feature instead of a glitch when we realize we're not like our family or others who hurt us.

Gonna say this before I forget.

But alot of my past hurts & traumas have left me with a sense of dysphoria about certain things, that I don't know how to cope with other than to just talk about it.

That's why I seem so "fixated" on the past. Except I'm not. I'm trying to make sense of everything.

It really feels like one of the purposes of AI video is to get us to a point where no video we see on social media and no photograph can be trusted or assumed to be true, and we fully enter a post-truth world.

Woo boy, I got my work cut out for me for certain. I think I got the last bit of materials I need for my biggest upcoming project. I have at least 1 wrist cuff and two bracelets I'm going to make for me & Mom. I STILL need charms for the latter.

Our nervous & endocrine systems don't care if we, or anybody else, think whatever happened to us was "actually" trauma. Even if it was just "everyday life," we have to deal w/ its impact on us specifically.

Shame & "shoulds" won't change the work ahead. It is what it is.
