Electric is shut off. I can’t cook, do laundry not charge my phone inside (I’ve been charging it in my car). We don’t have much food except things to make PB and Js and oranges. Can’t even use heat because it’s off so 🙃 really feel hopeless right now and embarrassed so any help would really be great

I did not ever envision this happening to me and have always worked hard to take care of my family but now I'm in what feels like an impossible situation trying my best to take care of my kids and myself so I can stay around for them as long as possible. Im not enjoying coming online asking for help but I have no where else to turn. I'm doing

It’s a surprisingly quiet night here at home. Hubby is working, his sister went out for a few hours, and kiddo is sleeping.

Trying to enjoy what peace I can now before we bring my father-in-law for his final days. I will be his caregiver til his last breath.

Urgent ask
My abuser found my place and broke in while I was away for work. Thankfully a neighbor saw and called the police for me so my pets are safe but he ran before the cops could get him and thus is still loose in the area currently. My door and lock are now broken though and I was advised by the police and my landlord to stay somewhere else tonight for my own safety, especially since maintenance is unable to replace my door until tomorrow at the earliest, I have no friends or family in the area though and I'm unable to afford a hotel for tonight. If anyone is possibly able to help with anything it'd be about 140 to get my pets and I into a room tonight 🙏
