The only part that really bothers me is how they do the voices but then reuse them for new dragons in each generation

What audiobooks would work for a 3yo and 6yo but also be enjoyed by me and my husband? We're doing The Hobbit, but frankly the kids are not understanding it. Narnia? Redwall? I feel like everything good is just a little too old for them

At six our kids liked wings of fire series which was decent for adults also. Hard to think of something good for 3 and adults also.

I finally googled where the Portland ICE facility is and turns out I drive by it regularly and did not even notice.

A Brit looks at this letter: Z
and says "zed" while
an American says "zee".

Why?

The answer lies in the Norman Conquest, American nationalism & Noah Webster of Merriam-Webster fame.

It starts with the Greek letter: zeta (Z, ζ), which entered Old French as "zède" via Church Latin.
An ornate version of the letter Z, with inked oak clusters, flowers and leaves behind it. It's in black and white, from getty images.

I'd like to introduce Epipocalypse's artist Katherine Tromsa!

Katherine is an artist from Ukraine who beat out 5 others for the job. She has a diverse art style (see her IG), but I loved the colors & lines of her character art most of all. 1/2

-tried letting you recruit to hand first than play the cards. - Makes turns longer but seems to be more decision making. This might make the card you want to vary more by player depending on current hand.

Aim on this is to fix the "no agency" complaint.

Experiments on this at CNS meeting

-Tried reducing sword cost to one on all cards but TB and dialed TB back to 2. - Definitely helped.

-noticed player not paying costs to recruit and then just removed this cost. - Also might help.... "best" cards might go fast this way though.

No one at the airport will take this

I guess they listened to the security announcement that said not to take articles from unknown persons.
