RIP to Rob Reiner and his wife. Reiner was one of the masters of the crowd pleaser, crafting the kind of films that are somehow both rare to see in contemporary cinemas and yet endlessly copied. This is such a brutal and tragic loss.

Rob Reiner had a hand in writing, producing, directing, knowing a guy, pairing up talents, punching up a script on the down low, doing a cameo for like so much of the funniest shit coming out of Hollywood the last 50 years. His influence is seen everywhere

This man’s impact on film can’t be overstated. And my god, was he ever funny. What a light, and what a horrible fucking loss.
Rob Reiner, the legendary director and actor who rose to prominence in 'All in the Family' and went on to direct classics 'This Is Spinal Tap,' 'Stand by Me,' and 'The Princess Bride,' was found dead in his home alongside his wife.

What a privilege to finally see Kleber Mendonça Filho’s THE SECRET AGENT and Jafar Panahi’s IT WAS JUST AN ACCIDENT back to back. Unbelievable work.
