Just wrapped up the final week of coaching this quarter’s RAD Women cohort. It always leaves me feeling warm and fuzzy, but this group especially so. A lovely holiday gift for them all - completing their ten week journey into the basics of Apex.

Just bought a pair of tickets to both the FA Cup 3rd round and WFA Cup 4th round for less then £60 total - including fees. Admittedly one of the pair is a junior, but great value for money (well for the women at least - maybe not the men right now!)

Decided to stay positive and celebrate the point. A draw away to a team above us in the table and in the Champions League is a strong result, even if the way it happened hurts. Only 3 points off second, 5 clear below us, and already more points than last season. Huge improvement and great to watch.

30 years ago, as a young dancer, I was amazed and entranced by the interval performance at Eurovision - Riverdance. Today I get to watch the latest version of the show with my daughter of a similar age to when I first saw it.
