I haven’t been active on here much lately because a close relative of mine committed suicide, and I’m taking some time to process my emotions. It’s been incredibly difficult.

Kinda don’t care! The consequences, whether this individual directly voted for Trump or not, are irrelevant since the majority of farmers did. Initially, ignorance may have been the excuse, but on the second occasion, I find myself relishing in the schadenfreude.

Soybean farmer: What we need more than anything is access to markets on a level playing field. With the trade war and the tariffs, we're at about a 20% price disadvantage when it comes to what the Chinese have to pay for our soybeans versus the Brazilian soybeans.
