1) DHS provocations trigger a riot or attack on agents which
2) Leads to widespread civil unrest in many 'blue' cities so that

i am pleased to report that (at time of writing) it still takes a human being to look at some Rust code that doesn’t compile, and ask “have you actually tried compiling it?” instead of generate a plausible set of words that look sort of like an explanation of why it compiles
